Worksop Finals Night, March 2001
Chris Jones was invited along to enjoy a thoroughly enjoyable
evening with the Illet & Clark Worksop Quiz League. This
was their knock-out finals night, during which league trophies were
presented and a Weakest Link contest was staged.

Bolton Premier Quiz League Finals
night:
16th July 2001
On the left is a selection of photographs taken at Bolton's spring/summer season
finals night. Bolton is one of those leagues that, unable to cope without
their quizzes, run seasons separated only by 3 or so weeks!
The venue for the occasion was the splendid Astley Bridge Conservative Club.
The smiles on the faces of those seen on the left (and some of the bleary
expressions) can be attributed to two close fought matches, a top class
buffet, oh yes, and some fine quality cheap beer ! |
